20.01.2022 Laptop running slow? One of the best ways to speed up an old laptop is to upgrade the storage. Most older laptops use slow spinning type drives, or HDD's. As they get older they tend to perform poorly, make more noise and really struggle at Windows start-up!... Solid state drives (or SSD's) are flash storage and are by nature a lot faster than spinning drives, usually 3-4x as fast! Upgrading your old drive to a new one with a fresh install of Windows can give a much needed refresh to your old laptop at reasonable cost too! Please message me for more details! *Not suitable for all laptops, data and programs will need to be transferred and reinstalled to the new drive.
