24.01.2022 Today we got our hands all dirty with smiles on our faces, while we added more plants to our growing garden! The children show great responsibility making sure we water the garden every morning and afternoon!
22.01.2022 Yesterday our Junior Kindy friends turned into little paleontologists! Using paint brushes the children used their fine motor skills dusting away to find the hidden dinosaurs!

20.01.2022 We had many memorable learning moments today during our combined time outside, siblings colouring together, gross motor gymnastics, collaging our safe homes, playdough making and manipulation. It is always heartwarming to see these moments. Our little Pelican's are comfortable exploring different areas of our centre as they develop their own confidence and curiosity.
20.01.2022 Today some of the Nursery and Toddler children spent time creating collages, exploring their creativity and making decisions, as they picked what they wanted to glue onto their paper!

19.01.2022 The nursery children are excited to be little garden explorers! In preparation for some new plants we have been expressing our creativity and showing our independence through painting and decorating some special pots for our garden
19.01.2022 To show our support for White Balloon Day, this morning children from around the centre expressed their creativity and emotions as they decorated their own white balloon, taking the time to choose an emotion that they wanted to draw and picking which colour marker to use, they then went off to explore the yard with their beautiful balloons floating along with them in the wind!

17.01.2022 In the Nursery and Toddlers Room we are very much enjoying sensory exploration. Today we were very intrigued with some cotton sand, spending lots of time manipulating and investigating - it was hard like a rock, it was squishy when we squeezed and poked it, and it then turned into a soft foam as we pulled and stretched it! Look at the fun we had!
16.01.2022 This morning we spent some time out in the yard tending to our cherry tomato plants, looking after them and learning more about them. The children enjoyed exploring the textures of the vines, leaves and the tomatos themselves too We extended on this experience by tasting the yummy tomatos that we have grown! We look forward to growing more yummy foods that we are able to taste!

13.01.2022 Thriving and On Track (TOTS) is a free and exciting opportunity we have been offered at our centre to assist children and families. We have the Health Nurse attending the centre on 25 August to speak with families and staff. If there is any topic you would like to discuss please speak with your child's teacher or speak with Tanz and we can complete the booking. Topics can cover anything from eating habits, behaviours, language, social skills, sleep, to toileting. We can work together toward the best outcome for children.
13.01.2022 On Monday some of the children were engaged in a sensory experience, using paint and paper inside plastic sleeves, where they were able to explore different textures, sounds and also emotions as they realised they werent getting any paint on their hands!!!

10.01.2022 Jessica and Linc were such amazing helpers today. Spotting our brush and shovel sets, they started helping Miss Jade by sweeping up the sand. Both children were so happy to be helping in our playground.

08.01.2022 Preparing for Tenpin Bowling today had the school aged children creating a marble race. Using straws and tape they worked together having a conversation about how they would use straws to move them around. Using creativity and communication, our school aged children have made a masterpiece.
