24.01.2022 took 5 mins for a photo opportunity today when Sophie Budd popped in :) New Owner, Gale Pocock and Mal McGibbon our Baker extraordinaire joined visiting renown...ed Chef Sophie Budd for a quick pic. Sophie is in town for the Nannup #flowerandgardenfestival gourmet workshops and the Long Table Dinner tonight and we had just finished baking for both of these events today. 23.01.2022 To all our loyal customers team mates and our partners. On the eve of judging, our confidence has waned as we have found that we are up against formidable opposition. As we are a young bakery we are finding this journey a nerve racking experience. We have decided to take this as a learning experience and not expect too much tomorrow. Emotions running high. 22.01.2022 the Bakery smells divine when the Cinnamon Scrolls come out of the oven... coffee flavoured icing today with a sprinkle of coconut

21.01.2022 we were cooking up at storm at the Bakery today. Thankfully the weather held off for the Flower & Garden Festival and all the visitors to Nannup. The team revitalized with a toasted turkish bread sandwich which was delish and might just have to go on the menu.

21.01.2022 Thanks for all your support guys. We went, we saw but this year unfortunately we didnt conquer. But lots of positive feedback. We just aren't fancy enough. We will be there next year with flying colours. Keep on coming and enjoying our pies and sausage rolls guys. Love Gale and Kel.

20.01.2022 our pies are made with high quality, local, South West meats & local produce (when available) and Gales secret recipes. Marron pies sold out very quickly today with a limited quantity available again tomorrow. The new pie this week was Creamy Parsnip & Sweet Potato Pie using local, in season, produce. Yummo & very popular, she's a keeper. We have also added some hot apple crumble tarts to the warmer as an option to our cold tart selection.

12.01.2022 I haven't had many, but this is the best meat pie I've had yet. Flakey crust on the edges, meat & gravy was super tasty (no ketchup needed!), and the consistency of the dough was perfect! Better than the one I had in Denmark Thank you, Nannup! Keep up the good work!
