19.01.2022 It’s International Rosé Day! If you’re not already a fan you should give this versatile wine a try. At Nannup Estate we take our Rosé seriously. Our Firetower Rosé is made from spicy Tempranillo grapes with partial barrel fermentation to give us a wine with texture and plenty of savoury fruit flavours but still offering a crisp dry finish. Don’t think Rosé is just a summer drink. It’s perfect with seafood pasta or Thai chicken curry, not to mention Friday night fish’n’chips or your favourite veggie offering. Then again why just open a bottle before dinner to share by the fire with a platter of local cheese and olives. That’s how we’ll be celebrating the day. Cheers!
