22.01.2022 Celebrating the first Truffle - smells good!

22.01.2022 Dear Truffle Lovers! Another Truffle season is over, and we wanted to thank all of our members and facebook friends for all of your support so far on our Truffle Co-op journey. Our Co-op has had another terrific year this year we held 3 Truffle Dinners and a truffle Luncheon this year, all of which were sold out. We had great feedback from our guests, and it means so much to us that these events were so enjoyable so a big thank you to our members and friends that came al...ong! As we roll into Spring (and very soon Summer!) this will be our 3rd growing year - and another step closer to Truffle production. It’s so close we can practically smell the Truffles we’re just a little excited! As you all know from our updates and pictures the trees are going strong and our team are continually working hard keeping them, and the farm, ship shape. This Spring we are harrowing the ground between the tree lines and rock picking this area which is to soften the soil and provide the ideal soil condition for Truffles. With the work conducted by Ross and Lina Varnavides and directed by Dr Nick we will begin irrigating a 4m circumference around the trees this will encourage the roots to spread into the midrows. For anyone interested in membership of the Co-op, please visit our website for more information www.nannuptruffles.com.au

20.01.2022 We held the first of our Truffle Dinners for 2019 at the renowned Galileo Buona Cucina on Thursday and what a treat we had! Chef Vincenzo and his team whipped up a host of Truffle themed delights, which were paired with fabulous wines provided by Latitude 34 Wine Company St Johns Brook & City Cellar Door - I think we all rolled out of there at the end of the night!! A huge thank you to our guests for joining us, the Galileo Buona Cucina team and Latitude 34 Wine Company! Here are some pictures from the night.
