24.01.2022 Another garage door given the Nano-Clear treatment.
23.01.2022 Working on the big gear last week. This Hyundai 770 loader has been protected by Nano Clear and is now ready to start its new life in a fertilizer production facility here in Perth. These loaders are exposed to some of the harshest environments and as a result the company has requested Nano Clear to protect their machines.

19.01.2022 This c&c99 had been continually polished over the years with the same result being the fading of the surface. The owner approached Glenware Marine to see if there was a solution to the continual polishing routine. When it was due for some minor repairs and a fresh coat of paint it also had two coats of Nano-Clears proprietary resin applied over the new paint work. It is now protected long term from the elements such as UV, chemicals and fuels.With a final dry film thickness of up to 50 microns Nano-Clear is designed to withstand some of the harshest environments. 18.01.2022 One of Australia's biggest offshore oil and gas companies is currently trialing Nano-Clears protective resin on one of their lifeboats. Nano-Clear were approached by their maintenance company and asked if we could coat two hatches on a badly oxidized and faded lifeboat. 18.01.2022 Working on the big gear again this week. This is the baby brother to the loader we did last month. This model is the HL 760. It has been done in stages to accomodate other trades getting their work done on it as well. Attached are the before and afters of the cab with the rest of the loader to follow shortly.
17.01.2022 Another loader completed. This one is going to work at a coastal Fertiliser plant. Not only does it need protection from the coastal elements but it also needs protection from the harsh chemicals and fertilisers that it comes in contact with in the plant.
17.01.2022 Nano-Clear WA recently completed coating this Hyundai 760 Loader for a client who was looking for an alternative to their current coating. This loader is now going back to work in a coastal based fertiliser factory where it will be exposed on a daily basis to phosphate, nitrogen and potassium based fertilisers as well as the extremes of working near the coast.

15.01.2022 Another fantastic job completed by Andrew from Glenware Marine. The client of this camper home wanted to know what could be done to give better long term protection than the traditional wax and polish method. The roof of this style of camper is particularly susceptible to UV damage which leads to messy white streaks down the side of the van and windows being both unsightly and creating poor visibility. The main driving cab was not coated just the rear camper section. After gi...ving the surface a sand and clean down two wet coats of Nano Clear MR2 were applied to the surface. 09.01.2022 Twelve months ago we restored this clients garage door. They where very happy with the end result that they asked us to see if we could do something similar to the guttering on their property. The pictures show how badly faded and oxidized the original paint was that we where surprised to find out when we started cleaning the surface that the actual colour of the guttering was grey. Once all the preparation work was completed two coats of our resin was applied and the end result is clear. 01.01.2022 This week Nano-Clear have gone from the industrial sector to the artistic sector. Andrew from Glenware Marine has been given the job of coating these sculptures for a local Perth Council. They have previously been polished on several occasions but the weather takes its toll on the surface and they soon look old and tired again. Coating the surface will not only rejuvenate the look of the sculptures but will also provide the added benefit of long term protection against Western Australia's harsh weather. Today we prepared two of the sculptures and they will be coated on Thursday with the largest being completed soon after.
