It was like the weight of the world had finally been lifted from my shoulders. I felt like I could finally just be myself. And this is why I love to do this work with women. 09.01.2022 Sometimes we can’t control what happens to us BUT we can control how we react to it, unless of course you can’t because the reaction happens so quick that you can’t stop it happening! Deep ingrained emotions that control our reactions need to be addressed at their root cause otherwise they will continue to be triggered and it’s almost beyond our control because when we get emotional we literally can’t think. You can try and figure out why you are the way you are and work... through it consciously however this can be a long, painful, arduous process with little to no payoff. And you might not even be able to figure it out because maybe you have INHERITED emotional trauma epigenetically from your ancestors. This is where my anger came from, there was nothing from my past or childhood, my anger actually wasn’t even mine. I inherited it from someone before me in my bloodline. That’s why every process I tried to resolve it didn’t work. 08.01.2022 After having about a month off to reset & refocus I had the most amazing week back at work!! It's amazing what resting and resetting can do for us as women yet we often don't allow ourselves to rest yet it's essential to tapping into our inspiration and passion for life. I highly recommend it. This week I had 3 amazing sessions with 3 amazing clients mostly helping them with their business blocks. It's crazy how we as women over complicate and and take things personally in o...ur businesses & this is because we don't compartmentalise like men do so our business is directly linked to who we are as a person and we create meaning, often negative about this. So we compare ourselves to others, we think we are less than or not good enough, we doubt our abilities, we want to get it perfect, we don't want to "sell" our services, we think we need to build our skills more before we are ready to go out & do anything in business which often stops us in our tracks and we never end up doing anything. We could pay for all the coaching in the world but if we never address these deep seated beliefs that are unique blocks to us as females we will never truly move forward and achieve success. It's so amazing to be able to work with these women using a Female based approach to change their beliefs so they can move forward in their lives & businesses. This week was such a beautiful & profound reminder of how amazing Creatrix is at smashing through both personal & business blocks. The breakthroughs that each of these women had were amazing! The wisdom they gained & the relief on their faces gave me tears of pure joy!! I absolutely love what I do and I feel so blessed to be doing it. If you are passionate about something make sure you take action on it. Don't wait for everything to be "perfect", don't wait until you "know everything", just get out there and share what you know.
