20.01.2022 She did it!!! Kapooka graduate! 80 days has flown by so fast and I'm so proud of my girl Miranda Morrow!! It's been amazing watching her flourish and grow throughout our training, then into her 2nd chapter at Kapooka, and now moving into her next chapter with an even stronger spirit and drive! Well done Miranda!!

16.01.2022 Two big reasons why I love my job Helping mums stay fit during their entire pregnancy and beyond. Then becoming aunty Nay and gaining a great friend in the process! . . I don't usually post my work related stuff on this page because I've been told my page should 'only be about me bla bla', i have a seperate fitness business page that I forget to post to all the time. The thing is this job IS ME, it's where I shine, what gets me up in the morning, and what gives my... life purpose. I don't have my own kids, I'm not married, i don't own my own store, or gym, or clothing line etc, I compete because it drives me to challenge and push myself. . I work with amazing clients and help those around me daily. So this guys is the other side of me. 15.01.2022 While you were asleep... All i wanted to do this week was get up early and start my day by seeing another beautiful sunrise. So peaceful, so calm, so many willy wag tails and sparrows flying around, like 40 of them just living life as it comes. Moments like this i zone out to nature & learn how to be more present in the now.
