22.01.2022 Oops, messed it up on the first lap in a couple of ways and ended up 22nd (that sounds better than last anyway). Not much I can say, but please enjoy this pre-prepared list of excuses and take your pick http://www.omicronmotorsport.co.uk/racing-driver-excuses/... I've got my work cut out for the last two races.

20.01.2022 Qualified 20th out of 26. Finished race 1 in 17th. Getting a little quicker each time so I will try to keep moving forward It's nice to race in amongst a big field of cars again.

13.01.2022 I wasn't able to improve much on my race position for the rest of the day, but still had fun. The field in Circuit Excel is incredibly evenly matched, so if you make a mistake it's very hard to find enough extra speed to make it up (as I discovered). For example, in race 3 I finished 20th and went over the finish line about 20 seconds behind the car that finished 5th, which is less than 1/4 of a lap between most of the field after 8 laps of racing. This category has a lot of ...young drivers and I believe it's a great class to learn the skills you need. It really is a driver's class with very little difference between the cars. It was good to meet and race with a new group of competitors. Big thanks to Circuit Excel S.A. for your assistance and hospitality. I don't feel like I've really got the hang of the front wheel drive thing just yet (very different to what I'm used to), but I feel like I was half competitive earlier in the day and it was great to be back on the track. Thanks also to all of the officials who volunteered their time so we could race!
