15.01.2022 Happy Easter Everyone! Here's an easy recipe for delicious home-made easter buns. 290ml water 1 egg lightly beaten 1tbsp mixed spice 1tbsp cinnamon... 1 cup sultanas 2tbsp olive oil 1tsp salt 2tbsp sugar 3 1/2 cups plain flour 3tbsp milk powder 1 tsp bread improver 2 1/4 tsp dry yeast Combine and kneed all ingredients into a dough. Divide into 16 rounds and place close together on a greased tray. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and leave to rise in a warm area for 30 mins or until doubled in size. Pipe on crosses using a flour and water mix. Bake in pre-heated oven 190*C for 10-15 mins or until golden. Whilst still hot brush with cinnamon, icing sugar and water mix glaze. #yum #getinmybelly #spices #family #madewithlove See more
