04.01.2022 2019 has been a huge year for me, especially in terms of personal growth. I have learnt how much fear has been holding me back and I have been able to let go of past hurts. So when the opportunity came up to actually get in front of the camera, I figured it was about time and would really push me out of my comfort zone. And that it did. So here I am - and finally after 12 years I have a photo of myself on my website. Check out @djk.creative on insta - he was the perfect photographer for my first shoot.

01.01.2022 Thank you everyone for the support to my post on Monday. I was overwhelmed with the lovely responses and messages. I am so excited for the remainder of 2019 and the year ahead (a new decade - can you believe it)!! I want to express my thoughts to everyone out there suffering from the horrendous bushfires at the moment. I personally know three people from NSW who have been significantly affected by the fires, having to leave their family homes. So I take this moment to let yo...u know you are in my thoughts. No matter whether you are in NSW or Queensland I trust that you and your loved ones will be safe at this difficult time. I heard this morning that Spicers Peak Lodge was evacuated early this morning. Although I haven't photographed a wedding there, I have done a number of weddings at Spicers Hidden Vale and was only there just a few months ago for Samantha & Steve's wedding day (images in this post). Such a beautiful location and also affected by a fire in their main reception area and dining room. Stay safe x
