10.01.2022 If you've had our signature Apple Blossom before you'll be well familiar with these tasty treats - we bake thin slices of hand cut apple with a sprinkling of raw sugar to a crisp. This week we've been experimenting with baking them with our mulled cider syrup - spicy!

09.01.2022 Feature guest cider - Adam's Evening 2018 Dry Cider. A collab made locally in the Valley - Oliver Johns of Cre Wines, Sally & Tom Belford from Bobar Wines and artist Jaime Spies. We're pouring the 2018 vintage at the Orchard Bar - a blend of 85% apple juice -Fuji - Gala - Red Delicious - Golden Delicious - Granny Smith - Jonathan - Sundowner & 15% Howell pear.
