23.01.2022 New home handed over to Michael & Teresa Cain last night. Home comprised 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, media room, study, with open plan kitchen, dining and living plus double garage. Energy efficiency supplemented with solar panels and 2 x 22,500 ltr rain water tanks. Was an absolute pleasure to provide Mike, Teresa and children with a spacious home that will give them years of enjoyment.
19.01.2022 Today saw the end of an era. Eric the Yuchai excavator was officially retired after having been with us for 10 years. Sad to see him go having been a reliable and recognised figure on our building sites. We welcome Eckle our new Kobelco excavator. His bright new colours and larger capacity will be an asset to our company going forward.
18.01.2022 New home handed over to Kyle Harding at 3 Jessie Place in our Norwich Park subdivision. Home comprises 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms including free standing corner bath as a feature in the main bathroom. European style laundry situated in the garage which is becoming popular. 15.01.2022 Slab poured for new home at our Norwich Park subdivision. Very easy to maintain our social distancing. A first for Naralilla Homes with 3 generations working together. Peter, Justin and Zac. We did have a family ring in called Jason to help. Good to see we can still keep the business moving and help our clients move forward.
13.01.2022 Slab prepared and ready to be poured at our Norwich Park subdivision. Another home will start plasterboard work on Monday next week. Only 2 blocks left in stage 1 so we have moved on to stage 2. All services have been connected and roadwork formation complete. Kerbing then sealing will make another 4 blocks available. All blocks will have fencing completed within 2-3 months. Get yours whilst you can. Inner city blocks are not getting easier to find.
12.01.2022 New home handed over today to Brad and Kym Dennis. They purchased a block in our Norwich Park subdivision and with our assistance designed a home to suit their family and social lifestyle. There is an open plan kitchen , dining and living area with corner opening stacker doors to the Alfresco incorporating slow combustion heater. Master bedroom has large WIR with ensuite including double shower. Main bathroom has luxurious free standing bath. Large walk in pantry adds to the spacious and practical kitchen for a young family but also catering for the entertainment value of the home. Part of building in Norwich Park provides a fully landscaped home so Brad , Kym and family are moving in tonight with nothing else to do but enjoy the experience of their forever home provided by Naralilla Homes.

It was an absolute pleasure to build for you and we hope that you and your family get as much enjoyment living in it as much as we did building it for you. Nathan is a shift worker and I am sure the caravan was wearing a bit thin towards the end.
09.01.2022 Update on our Norwich Park subdivision. Thank you to all of our clients that have built or are to build with us and helped contribute to the Naralilla dream. Stage 1 is now fully committed.... Stage 2 roadworks, retaining walls and exterior fencing will be completed within the next month. One block is sold with only 3 remaining. Make sure you get yours whilst they are available. Stage 3 has seen our first commitment today with Lot 10 taken. Whilst these blocks are yet to be developed we are happy to talk to clients who are looking for a future build. We have altered stage 3 slightly and are now happy to offer 2 blocks at 1006 and 1025 square metres. These are one off blocks in the City limits so lets get together and design and build a home that will give you years of satisfaction and enjoyment.
09.01.2022 Despite some inclement "Summer" weather we managed to get a slab down for clients in John Powell Drive. A bit of concrete super juice helped us to produce a good finish and enabled the boys to strip the boxing. Was also a busy day at our Norwich Park Subdivision. Stage 2 has now commenced with the sewer placed and back filled today. This stage will aim to be completed by mid April and provide a further 4 completed blocks ready for sale. Facebook will be busy from now on as we have some exciting projects coming up and we will be happy to share these with you. One will include an energy efficient product not used in the South East before.
08.01.2022 Congratulations to Alice and Dwayne Phillips on the birth off their second son, Hudson Jacob Phillips on 30/3/2020, a brother for Darcy. Dwayne is a valued member of the Naralilla team and we are excited to welcome their new addition. In current times good news is always welcome and we wish them all the very best for the future.
07.01.2022 Boy has the weather had an impact on our works lately. So it was good to be able to put a slab down at Mil-Lel and dust the cobwebs off the drone. Stirling effort by the boys with a 6am start to now beat the heat. No time to rest with another new start next week. This home of 395 square meters comprises 3 bedrooms all with WIR’s, lounge and large dining, kitchen and living area, WIP and adjoining laundry. Study, large ensuite with free standing bath and double garage. Polished concrete floor to all main living area, passages plus pantry and laundry. Large verandah to length of home and Alfresco under the main roof. We look forward to working with our clients to complete their forever home.
06.01.2022 The boys put in a sterling effort this week. Roofed a home then prepared, boxed, poured and stripped a house slab in our subdivision. They deserved a few quiet Friday ales because it all starts again Monday.
02.01.2022 Prior to constructing a 2 storey home at Eight Mile Creek incorporating a "ZEGO" block exterior wall, we carried out a trial on their 11m x 11m x 4m high garage. The blocks provide an R3 energy rating and comprise concrete filled foam blocks with supporting structural steel. In excess of one tonne of steel rod was placed to support the walls. Erection was carried out within 3 days and walls are now ready for trusses and roofing. Walls are texture coated and once complete provide a very high level of bushfire protection. As the name sounds it is just like letting the boys play with their "LEGO"
