23.01.2022 Hi all just an update on the current situation. Lessons will be going ahead as normal until if/when we are instructed by Tennis Australia or the Government to stop all activities. We are taking all precautions to keep the club and courts clean and safe Including providing hand sanitizer and disinfecting all equipment. If you have any further questions please let us know. 22.01.2022 Hi all, just an update on our coaching sessions regarding the Corona virus . We wish to advise that all lessons are going ahead . We are following advice from tennis Australia and complying with their guidelines. We have soap dispensers available and disinfectant to clean equipment. Also the water cooler is to be used for refilling drink bottles only. Thanks Linda and Aaron.

18.01.2022 Ho! ho! ho! .... it's not long to go With Christmas fast approaching we would like to take this opportunity to advise you the last day of coaching for 2020 will be Friday 18 December. A very big thank you to all our pupils and their families for their ongoing support in what has been a very challenging year. As a result of covid and the ever changing restrictions we have decided to not hold our annual Christmas party however it will be back bigger and better than ever in 2021. On behalf of the coaches we would like to wish you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with success and happiness. 16.01.2022 Hi all another update has been made by Tennis NSW and the NSW Government. Following restrictions put in place by Tennis NSW and Public Health Orders we are able to provide private lessons only. The restrictions include: - Wherever practical, clubs and venues should be manned throughout to ensure all social distancing protocols are observed and regular cleaning and hygiene can be observed. -Only people core to playing or coaching should be on court or at the venue. -Arrive an...d leave as close as possible to when you need to be there -In order to comply with relevant Child Safety guidelines, at least one parent/guardian should accompany younger children and continue to be present for the duration of the tennis activity. -Limit the number of players per court to a maximum of 2 people (including any coaches) -No group coaching should take place limit coaching to individual coaching for a maximum of 1 player As well as following social distancing and cleaning all equipment. 11.01.2022 The new balls have arrived!! Did you know that over 300 million tennis balls are produced each year? A small percentage of these have just arrived at our club. Another fun fact for you ... you could fit 290 million tennis balls into Centre Court at Wimbledon with the roof closed. It would be interesting to see how many you would need to cover Court one at our club.

We are having our tennis clinics on Tuesday 14th of July for all red, orange and green ball players and Wednesday 15th of July for all Saturday morning Comp players. 04.01.2022 Hi all. Hope you are safe and well. We have received a further update on the current situation. As of Friday 27th March Tennis Australia/NSW and State Health has advised that all tennis clubs across the state be shut down temporarily. All lessons are cancelled for the time being. At this point the target is to restart as normal at the beginning of next term. We will keep you updated with any changes. From all of us at Nareena Hills Tennis Club we hope that you take care and all families stay healthy at this time. Hopefully we can get back out there ASAP. Thanks
