25.01.2022 About me: Movement. Whether it’s lifting weights, a high intensity FX3 session, netball game or a walk with my dog - to me ‘MOVEMENT’ is the word that best describes my life. Some say I’m addicted, and sure I will play along, so if I am addicted then the leg press is my heroin.... I acknowledge and appreciate that not everyone enjoys movement as much as I do. My goal is not to enforce my lifestyle on others, it is my life not yours, no - my goal is much more than that. It’s for that next day when you take those steps into the office and you are required to be guided by the hand rail because your legs slightly give way, or you lift your arms to wash your hair and realise they weigh a tonne.. it’s in that moment when you smile and realise you pushed limits, you made a change and you did it for you. That’s my goal right there. To encourage you to make that positive change mentally and physically. - Narelle x

08.01.2022 I’m BACK I am extremely lucky to have cruised and explored New Zealand for the past two weeks with my friends and family but I am back now, completely rejuvenated, and very excited to get stuck into 2020 with you all! I will be back in full force as of tomorrow (20 Jan), including my classes at FX3 Ballarat! ... Stay tuned for some exciting announcements coming shortly! Narelle x

06.01.2022 I have been working with @tyrah_corbett for 5 weeks now. Tyrah wanted to tone and ultimately increase her overall strength. - 4 x strength sessions per week - 1 x PT session per week - Nutritional guidelines ... - Walking Each PT session she would pleasantly surprise me with her determination to achieve that heavier lift. After the gyms closed she was determined to not let that stop her journey. We adjusted her program to be completed at home and she kept up a healthy food regime. I wanted to share her incredible progression photos from week 1 to week 5 with just over 5kg down. I am so incredibly proud of her and what she has achieved thus far. Can’t wait to get back into the gym so we can keep pushing limits Thank you for trusting me with your journey! @ SWF 24/7 GYM
