17.01.2022 Before you can truly release and let go of pain, hurt or sorrow, you must first allow yourself to be immersed in it...then and only then can you let go and move on. Feel it, embrace it and acknowledge it... just don't let it consume you. It's ok to go there...you don't want to stay there though. Gratitude ia a great way to bring yourself back. You can't physically feel a negative emotion while you are feeling grateful so focus on all the 4hings you are grateful for in your life and notice the change.
