25.01.2022 The emphasis was on breaststroke drills this morning-they are harder than you think! Thanks Kate! No swimming next Sunday due to Anzac Day.

05.01.2022 Our swimmers are enjoying the tropical paradise that is Narooma Aquatic Centre. The water is wonderfully warm!! As of next Sunday (6th June) we have a new starting time of 9am. Come along and get warm !

05.01.2022 How enthusiastic are we ? We have all turned up and the pool isn’t even open yet. May as well save some time and start the warm up exercises.
