06.01.2022 24 Hour Access By now you may have seen the recent update from the NSW Government on the easing of restrictions! If not, in short:... On Friday 23rd October, gyms in NSW will be able to operate 24 hours without a Covid Marshall present, unless there are more than 20 people in the gym. Which means we will be back to being a 24 hour gym as of Friday!! ALL current cleaning procedures & social distancing measures are still in place so please keep that in mind! PLEASE NOTE If you would like your 24 hour access FOB reactivated, you will need to come into the gym and see our staff tomorrow or Friday if you would like access straight away. Your FOB will NOT be reactivated if your membership is overdue. Again, we would really like to thank our members! You all have helped us follow all the guidelines and challenges that we've had to deal with over the last few months. Team NFC

At the gym, always: - Wipe down equipment before and after use - Stay 1.5 metres apart... - Always sign in, in case NSW Contact Tracing need to reach you. Don’t go to the gym if you’re unwell. If you have even the slightest of symptoms such as a scratchy throat, a cough, runny nose or a fever, stay in and get tested for COVID-19 immediately.
