23.01.2022 The NDTA Feb Doubles Competition came to a close last Wednesday evening with our champions being decided across the courts at the Dangar Park Tennis Centre. This comp comprised of two grades; A Grade played a series of round robin series before the top 2 teams battled out the Grand Final and B Grade also played a round robin series before contesting a finals series until only 2 teams remained to battle out the Grand Final.... A grade had 4 teams battling out to decide the champions. Team Brock defeated Team Josh in the decider 31/20. B Grade had 8 teams contesting the comp with S & D defeating P’s Get Degrees in the grand final 32/23. Congratulations to all players involved in this comp whether your a regular player or our fill in players. The next competition will commence in July with our Winter Doubles teams competition taking to the courts. This comp only requires 2 players per team and involves playing 2 sets per week. Nominations for teams and individuals are now open. See you on the court!!
