22.01.2022 It was a big day for our newest group of volunteer firefighters today, receiving their personal protective firefighting gear and training hard on their bushfire firefighting skills. Unfortunately, COVID-19 delayed their development by many months, but it’s so great to get back into training again! Great work team!

22.01.2022 We’ve just travelled to the top of Australia! ...virtually of course. During this COVID-19 lockdown, a large number of our volunteer firefighters and operational support members have been travelling on a virtual journey across Australia, through exercise in the comfort of their 5km radius. We’ve just passed the northernmost point of Australia and don’t plan on stopping any time soon! This fun challenge is just one way our members are staying fit, healthy and connected to each... other during this challenging time. CFA (Country Fire Authority)

19.01.2022 #throwbackthursday This week's throwback is to a house fire in Narre Warren South. Unfortunately the house was lost to the fire but thankfully the occupants were safe. A timely reminder to check your smoke detectors.

18.01.2022 One year on. Hopefully we see a safer season this summer.

17.01.2022 Today, the Narre Warren Fire Brigade says thank you to all those who serve in blue. We say thank you for helping protect and keep us safe. We also remember those whom have fallen, that they never be forgotten. 2020 has been an incredibly challenging year for us all, today we ask you spare a thought for those whom serve the badge.... From all of us here at Narre Warren Fire Brigade. Thank you.

17.01.2022 Today, and always, we will remember them.

16.01.2022 #throwbackthursday This week's throwback is to our current home being built. From a very cramped shed to a large fire station was a welcomed change.

16.01.2022 Summer is just around the corner! Our firefighters have commenced critical training in a COVID-safe manner to prepare for the upcoming bushfire season, as we do every year. Our volunteers are committed to protecting the local and greater community, every day of the year. No matter what challenges we’re faced with. ... CFA (Country Fire Authority)

15.01.2022 #throwbackthursday This week's throwback is some salvage/mop up work after firefighting activities.

14.01.2022 It’s been a busy day for our volunteer firefighters today responding to multiple 000 calls. Our last call was to support Berwick Fire Brigade CFA to a fire within the storage compartment of a recycling rubbish truck. The truck contents were unloaded and extinguished, with further cleanup of the rubbish arranged shortly after. It was a great effort by all crews to contain the fire to the storage compartment only.

13.01.2022 #throwbackthursday This week's throwback is some live fire training at EMV's specialty training facility, near Eastlink.

08.01.2022 We couldn’t have asked for better weather last night training out in the local area! Our members have been training hard the past few months in preparation for the upcoming bushfire season.
