02.01.2022 To our valued customers, We have spent the morning discussing and brainstorming the best way to move forward in these tough times to ensure the safety and health of our customers, staff and community. We will be remaining open from 9-5 for the remainder of this week and 9-12 Saturday. Starting Monday 30th of March we will be temporarily closing our doors. If you require furniture, bedding or have flooring enquiries you will be able to contact Greg on 0429 813 317 and make a...n appointment where the shop can be opened for you. This will allow us to limit our staffs’ exposure to any illnesses during these difficult times. Emails will be monitored on a daily basis as will Facebook enquiries. Payments of accounts can still be made via credit card (including over the phone) or direct deposit; unfortunately we are unable to take cash at this time for health and safety purposes. We will be in contact with any customers with outstanding orders over the next couple of days to discuss when we may be able to complete these orders. If we have already made a time to either install flooring or deliver furniture this will still occur unless we are instructed otherwise by the government. All staff members will contact their clients the day before any scheduled work or visits to confirm. For the safety of our staff we ask that if you are coming to the shop or a staff member is coming to your house that you follow the current health advice which is; If you have been overseas and currently required to self-isolate please ensure you do not come in to the store or allow our staff to come to your house. We are happy to re-schedule. If you are unwell please re-schedule any flooring services, deliveries or in-store visits until you are well and symptom free If a staff member becomes unwell all scheduled work will be cancelled until they become symptom free This is a temporary closure. We will re-open when everything settles and the government deems it safe to do so.
