A few reminders to help you keep your children safe, when enjoying our indoor pool Under 5 years always keep them within arm’s reach If your child is under five years of age, supervision must be within arm’s reach meaning you need to be in the water with your child. Under 10 years always keep them in sight Constant active supervision is required for children. Parents and carers must be prepared to enter the water and maintain constant visual contact. Be aware of distractions Take steps to minimise distractions such as mobile phones or chatting to other parents to avoid lapses in supervision. 10.01.2022 SPORTS COURTS OPENING MONDAY 25TH MAY We are pleased to announce that we will be opening the Sports Courts for bookings from Monday 25/05/20 for any non contact sports or trainings with minimal use of shared equipment. It should be noted that for Netball bookings, Narrogin & Districts Netball Association have informed us that all netball trainings will need to abide by Netball WAs COVID Safe Guidelines which include the following: - 55 minute trainings to allow for cleaning ...of Netball posts between sessions - Only equipment to be used during training are Netballs and Cones (to be cleaned before and after use) - Clubs are to keep their own records of guests attending training in the event of a COVID case detection within the facility. Please note that Court 1 & 2 combined will have a 20 person maximum limit, and Court 3 will also have a 20 person limit. To assist with creating separate entrance and exit points, so please follow directions of the Y Narrogin team. We ask that for ALL sports, you bring your own equipment wherever possible, do not use the benches if possible and ensure that you leave the facility promptly after your training finishes. Please ensure you have filled out the Booking Form correctly, and booking forms that do not indicate the maximum number of guests planned for trainings will be returned to customers for completion. Bookings are NOT confirmed until you receive an email from one of the Y Narrogin team members. You can book a court by contacting us at [email protected] to request a booking form, or call 9881 2651.

09.01.2022 PHASE 2 GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE We WILL be open for Group Fitness commencing Monday 18th May 2020. Pool is still to be confirmed as we await our pool test results, we will advise over the weekend so please stay tuned! This means Aqua is the only class not confirmed yet.... Please note, we are not open over the weekend and unable to take any more bookings for classes before 6am on Monday 18th May. We have 95% of spaces available for classes next week, but we encourage you to come to the Centre 15 minutes before class to have adequate time to check in at Reception. Ensure you bring EFTPOS payment for the first week if possible, your own water bottle and yoga mat for the Yoga Wellness Class. 08.01.2022 It is coming! Since Les Mills launched their series of pulse-racing LES MILLS GRIT workouts in 2012, they’ve become the go-to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program for many. The idea is to do short but blistering bursts of work interspersed with brief periods of recovery. In theory, the intensity pushes your body to its maximum heart-rate until you reach your red zone and go into overdrive. Yes, it’s exhausting, but that’s the whole point and also when the resul...ts start to kick in. Existing Members on ANY membership type can access the Pool for free during Phase 2 of our Reopening. Casual users please bring EFTPOS for payment for the first week.... Aqua Aerobics will be held 5.30pm Mondays with a class capacity of 15 people. We recommend to avoid doing your laps at this time. Change rooms/ showers will be closed for Phase 2, however toilets are accessible. Book your spot in advance to secure your spot within our 20 person limit from Monday onwards by ringing 9881 2651.
