04.01.2022 Well what a year at the shop , Jan /Feb were typically quiet Mar/Apr we all waited for the rain but business was steadily slow ,May/June everyone was wondering when winter was coming and the cold, wasn’t till late June that it started raining and we finally got busy with chainsaws.Jul/Aug and it was all over , just a short winter and short saw season , Sept/Oct started with ride ons and mowers and the dreaded whipper snippers flooding the shop floor and me ending up in hospit...al for a rest for 10 days ( leg is still sore thanks for asking ) . We also saw Oregon being sold to the Briggs and Stratton group which saw our supply line of chains and accessories cut off , So we have joined up to B&S to keep the Oregon supplies in the shop. November also saw our annual trips to Perth for roadside pickup of lawnmowers and we got 20 this time round , Happy Days .December is always a mad rush to get everything fixed and done before Xmas and farmers running around trying to get small engines going to keep harvest going and the cycle will all start again soon . All up it hasn’t been a good year for the shop but we’ll take it as it comes , Thankyou to all our customers throughout 2018 ,We look forward to your continued support in the new year, Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year from Matt, Rose and the Family See more
