21.01.2022 We are SO lucky we get to see so many new faces each week to our clinic. Louie has come in today for his first ever bath and he’s done wonderfully! We recommend at least three hygiene baths (at a special puppy price) before their first groom so they can get used to the process of grooming and comfortable with all the new sounds and feelings. We also got to meet Dr Elicia’s new addition Cherry the sweetest little guinea pig weighing in at a massive 200grams

Pikachu is staying with us for a few days and he’s such a welcome guest using his litter tray correctly, keeping his cage nice and clean and giving us nurses lots of love. ... We love you Pika Pika

Our clients and furry friends are important to us and want you to stay safe during uncertain times. During these times we ask you assist us with the following procedures when bringing your animal to clinic. ... 1. If you have recently traveled overseas or if you feel unwell. Please postpone your appointment and seek medical advice. If urgent, please arrange a family member or friend to bring your pet in for you. 2. We are here to help at any time, so please contact us over the phone with any questions or concerns. 3. If your pet needs food or medication please contact us to order for you. A nurse will contact you as soon as we receive your order. This will help prevent unnecessary contact. 4. Please stick to your appointment time and only have one person each visit. We have arranged the waiting room to ensure social distancing, however if you prefer to wait outside or in a car, we can call you when it’s your turn to be seen. 5. Contactless card payments will be preferred as this is the most hygienic method of payment. 6. The NSW Government is introducing annual permits for non-desexed cats and restricted, dangerous dogs as part of its commitment to promoting responsible pet ownership and improving animal welfare standards. From 1 July 2020 owners of cats not desexed by four months of age will be required to pay an $80 annual permit in addition to their one-off lifetime pet registration fee. Owners of dogs of a restricted breed or formally declared to be da...ngerous will be required to pay a $195 annual permit in addition to their one-off lifetime pet registration fee. If you are unsure whether your pet is registered feel free to give us a call and we can check for you!
