24.01.2022 What a beautiful world was the theme song at campfire - not kiwi woggle camp. Here but a few highlights of an adventurous weekend of hiking, swimming, abseiling and campfire. Bring on term 4. Huge thanks to Kiwi and Centenary Scout group.

23.01.2022 The other weekend, Nashville Cubs had an adventurous weekend. We explored our local area with a 5km (approx) hike and ended the day with a flour fight.

21.01.2022 Nashville Cub Scouts explored floating and made their own boats. Below are some of the creative designs.

21.01.2022 What a great day! We planned on helping the environment by removing some Cats Claw from a local area and repurposed the vines into some very nice plates and bowls. Many of the Cubs plan on using them to collect the eggs from their chickens or vegetables from their gardens. We also linked up two new Cubs from the Joey Section - welcome!

13.01.2022 Today the Joey Unit took our handmade handlines out to see if we could catch any fish. We managed to catch and release 3 fish. All the Joey's had a great day out and can't wait to go back.

12.01.2022 What a fun night..two linking cubs, one new transfer and a new potential recruit equals a catapulting great time. Well done Scouts - great idea Ryan. It may have been too wet for setting up a Queenslander - however a great way to practice our knots and lashing. Hoping our Patrol Leader Angus brings back some great ideas from the Leaders Camp at Rocky Point this weekend.

11.01.2022 Speedway Clean Up! Tomorrow 7am! Our 1st clean up for the season. If you can spare an hour tomorrow morning, please come along and bring with you: hat, water bottle, tongs/grabbers, gloves and your Sunday morning smiles! This is a great fundraiser for our group, providing valuable funds for resources, upkeep and ongoing bills!

07.01.2022 Speedway Clean Up is upon us again, this coming Sunday 1st November, 7am - 8am ish! Several of our regulars will be away (on scout camp or other commitments) so please come along and support your group with helping out on one of our major fundraisers. Bring your walking shoes, hat gloves and water bottle and help us collect the rubbish. (garbage picker-uppers or old tongs - if you have any - come in handy)

These changes are targeting the residenti...al sector and DO NOT APPLY to Scouts Queensland because we are operating under an approved industry COVID Safe Plan. 03.01.2022 Tonight Mr Discher came in and taught the Joeys and Cubs about some of the planets we can see. He then let us look through his telescope. Thank you!

01.01.2022 The sun didn’t cooperate to allow our Cubs to truly try out our solar pizza ovens, however, with our make shift sun, we did manage to cook some chocolate and marshmallow s’mores. By all accounts, they were delicious!
