03.01.2022 "As many of you would already know - the current lockdown restrictions will be lifted midnight Saturday and NASC will be open to students and staff from Monday. This change is in response to one of the positive cases giving false information to contact tracers i.e. he was actually working in the Woodville Pizza parlour and not just collecting a pizza. That information changed the whole level of risk. SA Health and SAPOL are still updating their guidelines but at this stage... the only state schools that we know will remain closed are Mawson Lakes and Roma Mitchell. If you still need to complete assessment tasks, you are encouraged to attend our site in person to work with your teachers. Obviously, as we are still in close proximity to some of the Parafield Cluster hotspots I encourage everyone to continue to observe social distancing guidelines. At this stage we do not believe that staff and students will need to wear masks in schools, but of course you may do so and we should have some additional supplies of masks next week for your use. I hope that this lockdown has not been too distressing for you and your family members. I understand that the restrictions would had impacted many of you socially and financially and I remind you to remain in contact with your Case Manager or our Wellbeing Leaders if you need support." -- Anne Sim. Principal
