24.01.2022 Today I spent the day in Rosedale, morning chats at the QCWA Rosedale, lunch with locals and pub visits. I only took one photo, I was too busy enjoying great conversations Thanks Rosedale for always being so welcoming.

24.01.2022 For those celebrating and reflecting today.... happy new year Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, is one of Judaisms holiest days. Meaning head of the year or first of the year, the festival begins on the first day of Tishrei, the seventh month of the Hebrew calendar, which falls during September or October. Rosh Hashanah commemorates the creation of the world and marks the beginning of the Days of Awe, a 10-day period of introspection and repentance that culminates in the Yom Kippur holiday, also known as the Day of Atonement. Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are the two High Holy Days in the Jewish religion.

14.01.2022 Here is my son Thomas and Olga, our new superhero. A couple of days ago Tomy and I went to the op shop to look for a suit. He has been asking us for a suit to wear at his year 6 graduation for a while. When we were going through the suits (all for adults) they had at the shop, Olga overheard us talking, turned around and said ‘I have a kids suit!’.... We exchanged numbers, she sent us photos and the following day she invited us over to try the suit. Tomy loves his new outfit but most importantly, he witnessed our community’s kindness. Thank you Olga for making my son so happy and my life as a mum a little easier

10.01.2022 , ; ; ; . The Queensland economy is facing its greatest challenge since the Great Depression of the 1930s. Yet compared to many other parts of Australia and the world, we are well placed to not only weather the COVID-19 crisis, but ...to take advantage of the disruption to build a more resilient, future-focussed economy that delivers outcomes for all Queenslanders. This report outlines a range of opportunities to protect and stimulate the main sectors that sustain the Queensland economy: energy; agriculture and land-use; mining; manufacturing and processing; tourism; and essential services. 03.01.2022 I find that keeping motivated is often hard. We have dreams and expectations. But we also have routine, status quo and those who tell us that taking risks is not worth it. I have decided to share something inspiring every day, it may seem insignificant some days, but others, I hope it helps you (or someone you know) reach higher and remind you that you can do whatever you set your mind to. #inspiration #gladstoneregion
