20.01.2022 Wally had his first dressage test since Adelaide last year... Only due to me having alot of work and moving etc wally hasn't competed all year I have kept up all his training and maybe done a bit more and I really feel the break from competing has been so helpful for his mind, for example we walked in all the walk movements and was exceptionally quiet Bring on the next show... Thanks to gidgee dressage club a lovely event to ride at.... 10.01.2022 Seeking Expressions of Interest: Papa’s Surprise affectionately know as Sugar is a 5yo, 15.2hh approx Australian Stock Horse mare. Sire: Qualia Cufflink Dam: ...Qualia Khe Sanh We have bred sugar ourselves and reared her on on the mountainous country of the Hunter Valley NSW. She was then professionally broken by Chad Brady as a 3yo in NSW also. We then brought sugar across the Nullabour ourselves and began her career. Since arriving in WA she has been campaigned by a 16yo girl where she has been very competitive in eventing, showjumping with jump offs being her speciality! Sugar is very sensitive to seat, leg and hand and has an extremely soft mouth. She is a competitive 1m showjumping jumping clear round up to 105cm and 95cm eventer. She is an extremely careful showjumper and has NEVER refused a fence, she has an extremely willing attitude towards everything she does. She has even done some campdrafting and barrel racing over the last 2 years with us. This is a very competitive small horse that would be suited to someone wanting to be competitive in the eventing or especially the showjumping scene or an allrounder PC, Adult riders or childs mount. Some of her multiple placings in her courier so far include: -1st place south eastern zone ODE PC95 2019 -1st place 6 bar Esperance Ag Show 2018 -1st place PCAWA state showjumping 2019 Top score 90-100cm -2nd place AM7 90cm PCAWA State showjumping 2019 She also won 2 rugs on the weekend at southside jump club in Am7 classes. We are in no rush what so ever so sell this lovely mare. Finding her the perfect home is at most importance as this is a very regretful sale as her rider is heading to university for 2021. She is a very special horse that will bring someone a lot of success and enjoyment just like she had done for our entire family at such a young age. Sugar is currently located in West Swan.
