23.01.2022 INTRODUCTION TO YOGA FOR BEGINNERS FRIDAY 13, 20, 27 March, & 3 April 11.15am - 12.30pm (4x 75min classes - $100)... Set in a private and relaxing studio in central Bacchus Marsh. This short course is a gentle introduction to the calming practice of yoga, including breathing techniques and meditation. It is suitable for every body, and is gentle and nurturing. 22.01.2022 Celebrating 10 years of Teaching Yoga On this very night, 10 years ago, 12 September 2009, I graduated from my Yoga Teacher Training Diploma studies with GITA International Yoga in Hoddle St, Melbourne...900 live, enriching, amazing hours of Hatha yoga & mentoring. I then went on to post graduate studies of Meditation, Progressive Yoga Relaxation, Children’s Yoga & Pregnancy Yoga. I have also studied Reiki & Yin Yoga. I started teaching my own classes a week after gradua...tion. It’s my great passion, and today I share my love of yoga, meditation and mindfulness 5 days a week. I still have people who travel to my studio from suburbs away, who were there in my very first classes. I have facilitated thousands of classes and workshops in so many different settings. I have made so many loyal and compassionate friends & soul mates. I absolutely love my yogi family & I’m so very grateful and humbled at your ongoing support. So excited for the next decade of yoga & mindfulness Ps: I have practiced yoga for 23 years, kept the receipt of the very first yoga class I attended in 1996...I was 22. Amazing reflections xx

22.01.2022 I was greeted by the first of the bright, happy springtime daffodils as I walked through my yoga studio garden this morning, and lots of bees dancing in the sun. What a beautiful start to the day, and a gorgeous little hint of the changing seasons. Our natural theme in yoga this morning was ‘transitional space’....the peaceful space within yourself, embracing the opportunity to pause. The space unique to you, where you move away from the busyness and demands of the world, and... your roles and responsibilities. Slowing down, deepening our breath..allowing, accepting, observing. This ‘transitional space’, is an empowering opportunity to feel the release of the patterns you hold in your body. Physically, emotionally, mentally.. Then...returns an inflow of calmness, serenity, patience and understanding. A return of energy, and a fresh perspective. A stable, grounded base. All within our ‘transitional space’...
