Whilst its business as usual with homes continuing to both sell and re...nt, were taking extra precautionary measures to minimise the impact of this virus to our staff, clients, families and community. Last week we requested that anyone that had recently returned from overseas or had cold and flu symptoms not to enter our home opens and for buyers not to touch internal property surfaces. And of course were no longer shaking hands or greeting familiar clients with a hug or kiss. From this week well be looking to ensure we maintain social distancing, which may mean limiting the number of groups at any one time entering homes (yes we still have some very busy home opens!) and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding if youre asked to wait for a short period for other buyers to leave before your enter - your health is our primary concern. Youll start to see videos or video walk throughs of all of our properties online and we already offer, and will likely increase the number of virtual home opens we do utilising WhatsApp or other video conference technologies.
