19.01.2022 Ho’oponopono I, personally, place my hand on my heart and look into my eyes (in the mirror) or envision my younger self in front of me (looking back at me) and, whilst acknowledging the discord within myself; a pain, emotion or subject , I repeat I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you... I repeat this until I am moved emotionally and the discord is released or transmuted.... Spend time healing your heart, connecting to your spirit and freeing yourself... Also, whenever someone treats me in a way that feels hurtful... I take responsibility, within myself, for bringing this experience into my life. 06.01.2022 Feeling honoured to have spoken in front of approximately 2,000 people and represented Operation Underground Railroad, and riseupforchildrenausnz, and the work that they (and many other incredible organisations) are doing to rescue millions of children, worldwide, from child exploitation, slavery, organ harvesting and sex trafficking. Thank you to everyone who approached me afterwards, my heart is so full and I’m grateful for your love and support. This is a tough, heart wren...ching topic but we all need to rise up for the children - and open our eyes - for it to be completely dismantled. Slavery still exists! This topic is bigger than many can even yet comprehend... Thank you to all the men and women who organised yesterday and thank you to all the other speakers and attendees, you are all legends!!! Thank you Dane London for always having my back. You’re my rock! This is only the beginning for me #cantstopwontstop Additionally, these beautiful roses were gifted to me by a young boy named Leon who approached me after my speech. Leon bought this bunch with the intention of gifting 1 x rose to each of the speakers, however he instead wanted to give the entire bunch to me This absolutely made my day!! 05.01.2022 Our childhood influences our adulthood, greatly. When you experience deep sadness, at a young age, you’re automatically opened up to the universal law of polarity. You begin to question everything and, as a result, you begin to shape your mind in a way that is only possible through that intense lived experience. I find it beautiful that those who are most filled with love and compassion (in my life) are those who have walked the darkest paths. However, love and compassion doe...sn’t just come from walking through darkness, it comes from turning around and courageously facing your shadows. I’ve come to understand that healing doesn’t mean forgetting; healing means facing, learning and emotionally, and mentally, changing your narrative. Right now the world is chaos. The world, and those around us, are reflective of what we need to clean up internally. I have personally hidden a lot of my truth recently, because I have felt shamed by people I thought were my friends. I began to question myself and this feeling took me back to my childhood...I now thank those people (‘mirrors’) that helped me face myself, once again, on a deeper level. Right now is a time to go within and face your shadow self. We are shifting (collectively) and soon the world is going to look and feel different Leave your baggage behind as you step forward into a future of love and possibility. Spend time going within and nurturing that younger aspect of self that is calling (loudly) to be heard by you. I ask you to question your externalised judgements, fears and anger.
