14.01.2022 WHAT A JOURNEY: I want to THANK every single resident who opened their door and took the time to talk to me, every person who came and met me at the Markets, and all of those who gave me their SUPPORT and encouragement. To all of the FABULOUS VOLUNTEERS who gave me their time to help in any way they could. You are the most amazing people I have ever met. To support someone through an election campaign is truly gruelling and ONLY BECAUSE YOU BELIEVED IN ME. This gave me incre...dible strength to wake up every morning and keep going. I am PROUD of the focused campaign we ran and to maintain my INTEGRITY even through the tough and difficult times of political nonsense, of lies and desperate measures by others to win an election. I am proud that I LISTENED to the community and only promised what could be achieved. I have been inundated with calls, texts and emails and I will respond to each of you personally. 11.01.2022 ANTI-BULLYING: Under an LNP Government schools would receive $10,000 grants to invest in anti-bullying programs tailor-made for their local community, as well as $15 million to expand chaplaincy services. They include a $5 million pledge to allow at least 500 state schools to choose and adopt the best anti-bullying program that will work for their cohort. 03.01.2022 BREAKING HEALTH UPDATE: Great news to be at the Townsville University Hospital with Deb Frecklington MP, John Hathaway, Glenn Doyle - LNP for Mundingburra, announcing a major investment in North Queensland health services, with a $5 million commitment for a new state-of-the-art robotic surgery arm for Townsville and North Queensland. The robotic surgery system is used to perform key hole surgery that can assist in urology, gynaecology, colorectal, thoracic, cardiac, gastro-in...testinal and other specialist surgeries. 03.01.2022 SELF SERVING MP: Oh Mr Harper you never disappoint Our holidaying Thruingowa MP does nothing about the RISING CRIME, and not available for any of the residents for a whole month, BUT when there is something that affects him and HIM ALONE, he can jump into action. It appears Mr Harper is offended by my electoral sign that is still on PRIVATE PROPERTY. So he has contacted the resident, and said he has reported it to the ECQ! HE wants it removed.... ECQ won’t do anything as it is on private land. So, he has contacted his LABOR COUNCIL MATES and had them send a notice to the resident. They have now deemed it a banner and against council regulations, with a notice to remove. All the while Mr Harper has his electoral sign sitting in his carpark for all to see!!! Double standards. Any DECENT PERSON would have called me about his concerns of my sign. He has my number and my office is right next door to his.oh sorry, I forgot HIS OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR A MONTH. I don’t know why Mr Harper didn’t just give the CULPRITS that REMOVED ALL OF MY SIGNS during the election a call.they would have had it down overnight, UNDER THE COVER OF DARKNESS!!!! #Thuringowa #chatwithnat

LNP has listened to the local community and has a comprehensive plan to crack down on youth crime and protect the Townsville community. Scrap Labor’s catch and release bail laws... 01.01.2022 COMMUNITY OUTRAGE: I have been asked why I have been so quiet about recent events when REWRITING THE JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT was such a big part of my election campaign. I have been so overwhelmed and CONSUMED of HEARTACHE and ANGER over the last week, that I found it almost impossible to look on Facebook. It is UNBELIEVEABLE to me that after two people were tragically killed by a juvenile criminal OUT ON BAIL with over 50 offences, that Annastacia Palaszczuk can stand there ...in front of the media and say she wants to know what went wrong, and she will have a coronial investigation to get the answers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME.we will tell you the answer AnnastaciaCHANGE the Juvenile Justice Act to make BREACH OF BAIL A CRIMINAL OFFENCE, and take the discretion of bail away from the courts. It costs time and money for an inquiry, changing the act does not cost a cent, and Labor have proven how easy is to change when they softened the act in the first place. The Thuringowa MP says that he does not condone this behaviour Well you have condoned this behaviour by ignoring your community and doing nothing about consequences for crime for the last five years. There is not an ounce of moral integrity in these MP’s if they continue to ignore the cries of their community This is not about not having the answers, this is about POLITICAL PRIDE. If the Labor government were to make these changes now, are they concerned that they are ADMITTING THEY ARE WRONG, or that they are playing politics at the sacrifice of lives and our safety.
