09.01.2022 Hey all! This little guy is MY little boy, officially into double digits now today. This time 10 years ago he wasn't born yet, he was born at 11.45pm after around 38 hours of labour, so I had a while to go! And just like most of the newborns I see, even after 30 weeks of morning sickness, a 38 hour labour and 1 litre of blood loss, he still came out looking like his father . ... 10 is a bit of a bittersweet number, as you spend so much time when they are little waiting for those steps of independence and when you get there, you start worrying how long it till be until they stop cuddling you all the time! Luckily Ewan is very cuddly still, but it definitely is a big reminder to not wish any of those years away. Happy birthday Ewan!

09.01.2022 Hey all :) I have to admit, there were some definite tears yesterday in finding out that I wouldn't be working again after the initial lockdown ends. I have so many babies lined up and parents waiting for their session and unfortunately I still do not have a start date to tell you yet.... What we do know is that we can begin to work again as regional VIC hits the third stage, so once we do I will begin scheduling everyone in. I have spoken to Business Victoria to find this out as an official answer. As heartbreaking as it is not being able to run my business, I know how important it is to follow those rules. Over the next few days I will email everyone individually to see if they would still like to be on the wait list for a session. Please be patient :) If you are due in October and planning on booking, please email me asap as I will need to be able to work out session order in advance :) Let's keep our fingers crossed for a quick crossover to the third stage!

05.01.2022 So, this little one is *five* months old. She can sit up a little, and is well on her way to being a sitter, ready for a milestone session. BUT - this bubba is a hard won miracle. Her mama has been through losses and IVF and then when her baby was finally born, it was Stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne and there was no way to celebrate with a newborn session. Her mum told me she just wanted as close to we could get to the newborn session she missed out on, but we were realisti...c. We could only try. At this age infants *really* don't want to be wrapped and place in a bowl! Thankfully we did manage to get some, and I could put together a special Christmas image for her first Christmas as well. Say hello to Zahara.
