18.01.2022 Made it to the motel gym 4/7 mornings this week! . 4 min warm up walk. 20 min jog. 6 min cool down walk.... . The biggest win of this though, was witnessing the mindset that carried me through the sessions. . Thoughts and affirmations such as You’re amazing!, I am the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been, You can do this!, You’ve got this, look at you go!, I am burning off what no longer serves me, I love you, I am so proud of you!. . I would actually feel the surge of energy as my steps got more height, at the elevation I felt from these loving, encouraging statements! . I’d also at times mentally vibrate Kundalini Mantra, to help focus my mind if I felt like giving up before my goal. . While def not in the best physical shape of my life, my mind is strong and self loving. It’s a far reach from the I’m a fat, ugly, bitch that used to run on loop. . It takes practise (aka a shitload of repetition) but YOU CAN TRANSFORM YOUR MINDSET! I’m not saying I never slip into an old thought pattern, but rarely does it hold the kind of power over me, that it once did. . Also a shout out to the folks at @pranaon for creating the best Plant Protein I’ve tried to date. Ultra smooth, not gritty like it can often be!
