It also has positive effects on cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, migraines and arthritis. Good sources include; meat, eggs, peanuts, milk, mushrooms, potatoes, legumes, and green vegetables!!!! All easy item to include in your food!

13.01.2022 . . . Vitamin B2 . . . Riboflavin . . . Vital for energy production and metabolism, with Vitamin A it helps vision, growth and fertility. Riboflavin is not destroyed by cooking but is sensitive to light (milk is a good source and should not be kept in clear containers or exposed to sunlight). The best sources include; milk, liver, dairy products, fish, eggs, and leafy green vegetables!

10.01.2022 . . . Vitamin A . . . is an antioxidant (gets toxins out of the body) and is a fat-soluble vitamin. Important for growth and development and fertility. Great for the immune system and helps to improve vision and the skin! So carrots do help you see in the dark! Good sources are eggs, liver, cheese, carrots, sweet potato, pumpkin, mango, pawpaw and spinach!!!
