If so give this scrambled tofu a try Ingredients:... 200 g soft or medium tofu (i use silken tofu) 1 tsp olive oil 1 tb nutritional yeast flakes Pinch of ground turmeric Pinch of black pepper Pinch of salt Method: 1Place all ingredients together in a bowl and lightly mash (the tofu should still be chunky) 2Heat a fry pan over med-high heat. 3Add the mixture to the pan 4Sauté for 3-5 minutes the mixture will become wet this will cook out, remove from heat once it its golden. 5Serve to your liking.
