25.01.2022 I wanted to try something a little creative during this four generation shoot. Love seeing the similarities in their features.

24.01.2022 This year I will be taking a photo every day. Doing a project 365 has been a goal for a few years. Through photographing my own life every day my aim is to improve on my documentary and storytelling images, further develop my own style and capture a set of images that sums up our life throughout the year. I'm posting my daily images over on my personal account (www.instagram.com/natasha_eves/). Feel free to follow along with me.

24.01.2022 Winners of the giveaway have been messaged. Thanks to everyone that entered. (:

23.01.2022 "I met a couple of months ago with the Wright family on their property near Cowra in Central West NSW. We had been texting throughout the morning with weather updates, hoping the rain would hold off long enough for their session. " Read more about this beautiful family session near Cowra in my latest blog post and see some of my favourite images from that afternoon. https://natashalouisephotography.com.au/wright-family-sess/

22.01.2022 Why do Mum's love taking pictures of their kids? I was pondering this recently. I can’t speak for everyone, but for me it came down to memories, love, sentimentality and FEAR. Now that last one surprised me, but it’s true. There’s such a big fear in me that I won’t remember all their little quirks, that in the rush of life, some of those important moments will be lost. Mum brain is real, I know you guys will agree with me on this, and photo’s help keep those memories safe, re...ady for a rainy day. Even the memories we think we forgot, can come back to us when looking though photo’s. I put together some tips to help you take beautiful photo's of your kids at home. With the school holidays coming up don't forget to keep you camera on the bench or your phone close by so you can capture those care free childhood days. 20.01.2022 Don't you love seeing your older children interact with the new baby? The curiosity, excitement and wonder as they learn more about the newest member of the family. Lifestyle newborn sessions capture more than just your new baby. They tell a story of your family and this new and exciting moment in all of your lives. During a lifestyle newborn session I love to capture the interactions between older siblings and bub, all in the place they feel most comfortable, your home. Wha...t do you want to remember from those first weeks at home with your newborn? www.natashalouisephotography.com.au

19.01.2022 An afternoon with the ducks... I love showing you some of my own personal photo's sometimes. I want to show that photography isn't just for family portraits. It's for capturing life! #orangensw

19.01.2022 I know it's not even spring yet, but today's sunshine had me dreaming about warm, sun filled summer sessions. I have 1 weekend spot left in September. The last weekend to use my winter special. Get in touch to chat about a family or newborn session.

19.01.2022 Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing 4 generations of women in celebration of this lovely lady's 80th birthday. www.natashalouisephotography.com.au

18.01.2022 I'm 24 today. I had to add up the dates just to be sure. Surely I can't be the only one that forgets how old they are? Yesterday we enjoyed spending time with family at the dubbo zoo as a joint Father's day/ birthday celebration. The meerkats were by far my favourite. In true Aussie style we ate birthday cake off the tailgate. Such a big, fun, and happy day.

18.01.2022 Love this photo from yesterday's session. Little Cami was a dream to photograph. Carlie Chapman

18.01.2022 What memories have you made this summer? This one is one of my favourites. My parents sold my childhood home over the summer. The last time we were over we went for one last walk down the driveway. It's funny how much sentimental value a driveway can have. Over the years we've learnt to ride motor bikes and cars up and down this driveway. Every day after school walking up to the house with my little sister. Stomping off to the front gate when I had an argument with my parent...s as a teen. the family time we spent planting and watering the tree's that line the edges. When I had kids it became tradition to take the dog for a walk down the driveway with Nanny and Poppy every time we visit. It was a place that felt like home. I may ever walk this driveway again, but this photo reminds me of all those memories.

16.01.2022 Hi friends! I've noticed a heap of people who are new to my page. Thankyou for your support! I thought I'd take a second to reintroduce myself. Most people call me Tash and I am a mum to 3 kids under 6. I'm a lover of simple living, being mindful, travelling and of course, photography. ... My favourite spot on earth us under the stars, warmed by a campfire, surrounded by family with a packet of marshmallows in hand. I began photography when I was a young teen and have loved it ever since. When I became a mum the need to document life became so necessary as each day my kids grew just that little bit more. As my experience and skills grew I wanted more. I wanted to capture other people's moments. To bring joy to mums, dad's, grandparents and kids. To create art, capture memories and help you hold on to the feelings and personalities of your family in this time of life. I am so happy to be doing something I'm passionate about. Again, thankyou to everyone who has supported me in my journey so far. Tash x

16.01.2022 Newborn lifestyle sessions fit nicely into your new life with your little one. They're very different to traditional posed sessions. Here's a few things you might be interested to know. There's no rush to book in before your baby is 2 weeks old as lifestyle sessions can photograph newborns up to around 2 months old. Lifestyle sessions are done in the comfort of your own home.... Your baby can be comforted and held by you for the whole sessions if that's where they're comfortable. The biggest difference is in the look and feel of the photographs. Lifestyle photographs are relaxed, candid, and aim to document life with your newborn in a natural way. I don't pose newborns in any way that they would not naturally lay with a lot of poses being baby or parent led. If you have any questions about lifestyle newborn photography either pop a comment below or send me a message. (:

15.01.2022 My break is over and I'm back to take on all the wonderful things that 2021 will bring. I hope you had a fun filled Christmas break. My family and I took some time off to go camping in the Snowy Mountains. It was the first time we've been able to get the camper out since having to come home from our Australia trip. Taking some time out from life and from social media felt amazing. Slow mornings drinking coffee and watching the sun rise, listening to rain on top of the ten...t, bushwalking through the national park. It was everything that I my family needed to down regulate from a stressful 2020. I'm now feeling recharged and ready to tackle whatever 2021 has to offer. Although the break was lovely, I'm happy to be back. I'm looking forward to working with more beautiful families this year. Are you ready for 2021 or still living in the Christmas bubble? See more

14.01.2022 There's no place a child feels more at home than in their mother's arms.

13.01.2022 I love photographing fun, playfulness and movement. Before beginning to photograph other people I had plenty of experience capturing my own kids. And they are never still. Photographing movement in a still image is facinating. It tells a story. I follow the same principles when photographing families. I get you all up, moving and having fun. It makes for a much calmer and enjoyable experience, but also gives off a more natural and realistic feeling in the photo's. ... Www.natashalouisephotography.com.au/

12.01.2022 Yesterday morning, after all the rain, the snails came out. There was one on our window which made everyone's day. It's always the most random things that kids are fascinated about. #orangensw

12.01.2022 A few favourites from a beautiful session with Tayla, Blake and little Amelia over the weekend.

12.01.2022 I've booked my own family photo's this year. We haven't had any photo's taken since my youngest was born two and a half years ago . Of course I take plenty of pictures myself, but it's not the same. I kept on putting it off because we didn't seem to have the time. Last month I decided it was well and truly time. So I booked in a session for this March. I'm really looking forward to getting in the photo's with my family. I'm hoping getting family photo's will be a yearly tradition for us. I know the memories we have captured will be priceless.

11.01.2022 As a mum of three little ones myself, I know just as well as the next parent that kids need to move, play, explore, have fun and connect with their family. So when planning your session I take into consideration your kids ages and any information about their personality that you've shared to personalise your session to suit your families needs. This might mean helping you choose a location that would be most suitable, planning games to play or poses that make it easy for the kids to participate. If you have a baby I'll work to get all of the photo's with them done first so if they become tired and grumpy later on it doesn't matter. My aim is to design a session that will suit your families needs and deliver a gallery that is unique to you.

11.01.2022 Golden light, it makes everything look so happy and magical. I love how it wraps around the trees and streams onto the ground. To get this golden light during a session it needs to be within the hour (or so) before sunset. With daylight savings just around the corner it's not long before sunset sessions will be after 7pm. I find this can be tricky for tired toddlers. If you would like an earlier session (around 5pm) I have a few spots left before daylight savings ends.

10.01.2022 My job is to help you preserve your memories. To me that means capturing the things you want to remember about this time in your life. A beautiful family portrait is a must, but what about the way your energetic toddler has learnt to jump SUPER high, or the shyness your teen has developed when you show any affection. What about your child's love for bugs? Or the way your family stirs dad up about his lack of hair. This is where life is at for me. These are the things that are important to me. And I have a feeling you want these memories beautifully captured too. #orangensw

10.01.2022 Hands can tell so many wonderful stories...

10.01.2022 Hi! I'm Tash. I am a storytelling photographer based in Orange NSW. I am passionate about capturing everyday moments and all the things that make up being a part of your unique family. I am a mum to three little ones and definitely understand what you mean when you say "Yeah, but my kids are full on!". I try my best as a parent to be gentle and mindful. While running a business is a dream I'm so happy to be following, my family is my priority. As much as I'm passionate about capturing life happening, I am just as passionate about living it. Now it's your turn... who are you? Where are you from?

10.01.2022 A sneak peak of some sweet siblings I photographed over the weekend. www.natashalouisephotography.com.au

09.01.2022 This year my sessions will be limited to only a few a month. I'm beyond grateful for all my wonderful families and did not expect my business to grow as fast as it did considering the year that 2020 was. Going forward I want to focus on quality over quantity and also still have the time I want to have for my own family. It remains important to me to be able to stay at home with my kids during this stage in their life and to do that I will only be able to take on a limited amo...unt of sessions per month. Thanks for understanding. My current availability is: Jan - 2 sessions left Feb - Sessions available Mar - 3 sessions left Send me a message if you're interested in one of those spots. (: See more

09.01.2022 I am all for having grandparents included in sessions. For a lot of us, grandparents are a huge part of our lives. They're there with us to teach us, be there for us and enjoy life with us. Naturally, when wanting to photograph all the great things in your life right now, grandparents are sometimes thought of. ... If you're wanting grandparents to be in part or all of your session just let me know. I'm more than happy to include them in our fun. Www.natashalouisephotography.com.au/

08.01.2022 Happy fathers day to all the dad's!

08.01.2022 During your family session I try to steal Mum and Dad away, just for a second to take a few shots on their own. I feel like this is important, especially considering most parents haven't had a professional photo together since their wedding day.

05.01.2022 Are you worried about booking a session because you're not sure how your little ones would behave? I get it. I have three under six and I know that deciding to book a photography session is a big thing. I also know that this time in your life (however crazy) is so so so important to you. I'd hate for fear and worry to get in between you and those precious moments. I'd like to calm those worries and let you know that I keep sessions very relaxed and fun. Those two thin...gs are key to not only getting beautiful photo's, but also a good experience for the whole family. Here's my top 3 tips for a relaxed session with little ones: 1. Prepare them by telling them that you're meeting a friend who will take some photo's. Talk about the positives. If they know what's going to happen they'll be more calm when a stranger wants to take their photo. 2. Consider a winter session when the sun sets nice and early. Besides being able to rug up in all those gorgeous winter knits, the kids won't be staying up past bedtime which makes for happier and more cooperative little ones. 3. Get rid of your expectations. Go into your session with your mind open to whatever happens. I'm here to photograph this time with YOUR family. I happily work around your kids, helping them and you have fun and capture moments that are unique to you. See more

05.01.2022 Your privacy means a lot to me. While I love to share my work here on social media, not every family want's their photo's posted. That's absolutely fine! During the booking stage I will ask you if you want your images shared, then confirm after your session. If there's any particular shots you don't want shared I'm more than happy to keep those private too.

04.01.2022 This beautiful Mum had some meaningful moments she wanted captured. Ordinary moments that are unique to this season of life. Snuggling up to read stories, making dinner together, playing, laughter, and remembering all those baby firsts. We had so much fun capturing it all. www.natashalouisephotography.com.au/

03.01.2022 NEW BLOG POST 4 reasons lifestyle family photography is perfect for your family. Lifestyle family photography is not the family photography you’ll remember from your own childhood. There’s no studio surrounded by a million lights, there’s no making sure everyone is perfectly posed with not a hair out of place, and there’s no cheesy smiles. No. Lifestyle family photography is exactly the type of photography a modern family wants.... read more: https://natashalouisephotography.com.au/4-reasons-lifestyl/

02.01.2022 When the first week back at school has knocked you around, and getting out of bed is so damn hard. Not that you can sleep in much with two younger siblings. Who else has tired kids this week? ... #orangensw

01.01.2022 Happy first day of spring! Can you tell how excited we are for warmer days?

01.01.2022 This weekend I'm off to photograph this beautiful Mum and her family, this time with a sweet little girl in their arms. Being able to capture this moment, not long before welcoming their little one into the world, was really special. Late pregnancy comes with many emotions, but i thing the strongest is love. Seeing the love for a baby, even before she is born, is so beautiful. During this session I wanted to capture not only love, but feelings of anticipation, wonder, the beauty of pregnancy and the joy that comes with being a family.
