23.01.2022 Region Cross Country Saturday 19th June in Moama. All those who were members for the summer season just gone are eligible to enter. (Membership runs from 1st September through to 31st August.) An entry fee does apply. If you need help entering or require more information please inbox us. Those who qualify from this event progress to state.

23.01.2022 The 2nd round of the Active Kids Vouchers are now open to apply for. See the link for more information and see eligibility. https://www.getactive.vic.gov.au/vouchers/how-to-apply/... Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses will be provided for eligible activities associated with: Membership, registration or general fees to participate at an affiliated sport or active recreation club, association or program. Additionally, reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses may also be provided for eligible activities associated with: equipment required to participate in the nominated activity; and/or uniforms and clothing required to participate in the nominated activity. To be eligible under the Program, the activity or program must be affiliated to a Sport and Recreation Victoria recognised Victorian State Sporting Association (SSA) or Victorian State Sport and Recreation Body (SSRB). See Activities for more information about recognised organisations. To be reimbursed for equipment, uniform or clothing expenses: the equipment (such as protective equipment, hockey stick, helmet, basketball, etc) and uniform items (including required uniform, appropriate footwear, socks, sports bra, etc) must be required for participation in the chosen sport or recreation activity you must firstly certify that you have incurred expenses within the specified eligible expenditure dates for membership or registration fees related to participation in the sport or activity. If proof of payment for a membership or registrations fees within the expenditure dates is not attached, you will not be reimbursed for uniform and equipment expenses.

22.01.2022 ATTENTION 2020-2021 SEASON The Nathalia Little Athletics Club Committee met on Monday 10th of August to discuss the upcoming 2020 2021 season. With the current restrictions and recommendations in place the committee unfortunately had no other choice but to postpone the start of the season. When circumstances change and more information becomes available, it will be communicated. Providing Little Athletics remains a top priority for the community and are disappointed to inform the members of this. The committee is however exploring various ways to engage families in fun & fitness activities

Pending weather and a health warning we hope to run but will make sure our athletes and families safety are prioritised. If athletes suffer from asthma or hay fever they are advised to stay home.... In the case of cancellation it will be communicated to schools, via facebook and email.

19.01.2022 Congratulations to Doug Cobbledick awarded at the Northern Country Region AGM today as a region Life Member. The club is very proud of the foot print Doug has left in his time at Region. Congrats also to Carolyn from Wangaratta Little Athletics Centre and Gray from Albury Little Athletics Centre (131) on their Life Memberships. Special mention to Region President Claudia on the Service Award from Kyabram Little Athletics.

19.01.2022 Some results in from todays Carnival in Deniliquin- Sonny competing in his first ever Carnival fought off some nerves to bring home 5 Gold medals! 70, 100, 200, 400 & long jump. Congratulations Sonny, tremendous effort. Hats off to any athlete who steps oustide the comfort zone and represents the club. We are proud of you!

03.01.2022 Hi family’s In the new year Athlete training will start for the Region Track and Field Champs Held in Bendigo 15/16 Feb. ... Athletes in the U9 - U16 age groups can enter 4 events maximum. This event is a qualifying round for state champs at Casey Fields Cranbourne in March 15/16th. Training days have not been set But will be announced after Xmas. A bonus for our Athletes. Shepparton kindly welcome us to attend their Saturday morning athletics. This will keep their legs moving. We will post when they return after Xmas. Shepparton does not charge us to attend. But there is a golden rule. Family’s must assist as a volunteer each week you attend. If your child is interested in attending Track and Field Please contact Doug 0487608095 or Amy 0401524459
