19.01.2022 Dear Younger Me, You will learn through your life lessons that no situation is either good or either bad for in the present moment you will never know if a bad situation can turn out to be an amazing blessing for you (which many of them do) or if something great can turn out to be a big pain in the butt (which you many of them do). So then if you don't know what is really good or what is really bad, then just be in the now appreciating what you have and accept you don't kno...w if it is good or if it is bad. It just is. Be grateful, be at peace and keep faith. All is revealed to you when you learn the art of letting go of attachments to your present circumstances. EVERYTHING WORKS OUT IN THE END. Enjoy the journey is the key and remember nothing is the end of the road because there is a solution to every challenge. You get to discover you have a choice how you look at every situation. 18.01.2022 WOW! Not sure now if I get more enjoyment creating art or guiding others to create where they discover their amazing talent being connected with joy. Everyone had so much fun with the new paint classes! Some overcame tiredness and a troubling day at work when they connected with something they never knew they could do! Some connected to their inner child where they felt free to be themselves. Some got lost in enjoyment with each creative layer of paint. So got their hands mes...sy and laughed a lot. Many confronted their fears and allowed the creativity process to flow. But the greatest thing we all did... we connected together in happiness. If you are tired of being sick and tired of being run off your feet, feeling disconnected with happiness and just need a break to reset to have some fun...then this class is for you!
