19.01.2022 Incredibly proud of you @bm_walshly... 17 weeks ago you decided to take your training and body to a new level and set yourself the goal of competing in your first body building competition. 6 weeks in though that competition was cancelled and gyms were closed. You could have very easily thrown in the towel and given up and put this whole thing in the it’s to hard now category.... BUT YOU DIDN’T and look at what you made happen as a result!! I would have been proud of what y...ou achieved and where you got your body to regardless of the conditions but the fact that you achieved what you did with 10 weeks of it being done out of your garage only makes it that much more impressive! I’m proud of your commitment, you’re new found mindset and outlook and I’m excited to work with you on this next step and seeing how far you can take it!! Stay focused and stay hungry I’m grateful to be your coach mate

14.01.2022 What do you want to achieve? Why do you want to achieve it? Are you willing to do the work? If you’ve got a goal, you need to have a clear plan to help you achieve it. Everyone always fixates on the HOW, but it’s your WHY that’s the important part... It’s your why that’ll get you to push when you feel like you can’t, it’s your why that’ll help you say no to the things that don’t serve you and it’s your why that’ll help you to prioritise your goals and remain consiste...nt. Know what you want, know why you want it, do your best, and BE CONSISTENT ... The results will follow!!

02.01.2022 Set a goal, priorities why you want to achieve it and use that to motivate you to do the work... 4 months of your life is such a small amount of time, but when you use your time wisely you can achieve some pretty incredible things @bm_walshly
