22.01.2022 Had a great session with Abbey and Becky this evening! Teaming up for a partner workout I didn't make it easy for them especially with this intense 30 degree heat in the studio. I am so proud of the girls for getting through this one, they both did an amazing job! I think we'll see a bit more from this Dynamic Duo!!!

03.01.2022 LOOK WHO'S BACK!!! After just over 5 weeks away on holidays Abbey was raring to go! Showing new motivation she's come back with a new mindset and ready to tackle some new goals. One of her initial goals was to be able to do 10 pushups on her toes (not even able to do one in the beginning a few months ago). Today she was able to do 4 sets of 10 pushups and smashed her workout. Watch this space- more amazing results to come
