24.01.2022 Do what you want to do with your life not what you have been told to do by someone ! Invest in self development and create the life you want to live ! I remember when i used to tell people that i was going to do personal training and was going to be in the fitness industry, i had so many negative comments from people saying that it is not a sustainable job and there was no money in it.... Personal training and the fitness industry has opened so many doors for me and i am so excited for the next couple of years ahead ! If you find something you love doing and are passionate about what you do then you can create a career for yourself and earn a good living ! I see so many people that think the only way in life is to live by a system where you have to go to university for years to then try and find a job in an office and work for a big company and create someone elses dream. CREATE YOUR OWN DREAM ! YOU LIVE ONCE SO MAKE THE MOST OF IT !

03.01.2022 Why is it that when you choose a healthier option at a cafe you're asked if your on a diet? Why is it that you're considered crazy or obsessed if you get up at 6am to do a workout before work? Why is it that if a mother decides she doesnt want her kids having a third peice of chocolate, shes depriving them?... Why is it that when you're having dinner with family or friends you have to cook yourself a seperate meal because nobody wants to eat 'that healthy crap'? Do you ever notice how if you go out and get wasted drunk, smoke cigarettes, eat deep fried whatever.....spend the whole next day in bed too sick to move, eating the greasiest thing you can find (because apparently that helps a hangover) and nobody says a damn thing? But the second you decide to make a healthy change for yourself your treated like you have the plague and your weird. I dont get why its considered normal to behave like this and so bizzarre to make healthy choices....shouldnt it be the other way around? Being healthy should be a part of everyones lifestyle, and i dont mean an elite athlete or anything, im talking about regular exercise and eating wholesome nutritious foods. I'm not saying we need to stop partying completely....just only on occasion, not every night. Making some healthier changes in every day life will help abolish crash dieting thats doing more harm than good and if people feel a little more accepted living a healthier life theyre more likely to stick with it and create healthy habits that can be passed on to future generations and hopefully one day #makehealthynormal
