02.02.2022 I normally stick to the 80/20 rule when it comes to nutrition, but when food is this delicious and nutritious I'm going to ride that wave all the way to the shore! What we decide to eat cannot simply be broken down into calories, think about the composition of the food you are eating, whole unprocessed foods are going to make you feel better, nourish your body, recover faster and really make you vibrant and full of energy.
