Having a competition which offers a cash prize for their agents who secure the most price reductions is not working in their clients best interests. Coupled with the fact these agents are paid upfront whether the property sells or not, it's quite clear where their motivation lies. The cheapest option when it comes to selling your home often ends up being the most expensive.
