23.01.2022 It’s super exiting to announce NR FITNESS is MERGING with PT FITNESS PRIVATE STUDIO! We are so exited to share Nathan’s Fitness expertise within one of the best facilities is the region. PT studio has recently had huge refurbishment that has happened over the past week, creating such a fresh fit vibe ! Check them out on there Facebook or Instagram PT Fitness Private Studio Our First class with nath kicks off Monday 6pm, we will see you there!!!

19.01.2022 TO WRAP IT, TONIGHTS BOXFIT WILL BE A45 MINS SESSION Tonight concludes NR fitness at Whitebox rise... so be sure to come down and have one last workout ! BUT as of next week we will be holding classes with PT Fitness Private Studio !! Check them out and come find us there ! We will keep you all updated on here still with our new schedule !!
