24.01.2022 After yesterday's post. Maybe we tricked a few people. Maybe we have 2 announcements for Monday morning? Let's just keep you all guessing for the time being... Can you guess this flavour??



14.01.2022 We are extra excited to announce; Nathan's spices has extended it retail opportunities to the lovely Nature Cafe Bar in Frankston. This place is perfect from the minute we walked in. The nice home and cosy feel to the smell of fresh grounded coffee was divine. Head on down for a scrumptious meal or coffee and be sure to check out all the local products they sell.

13.01.2022 After a few weeks of trials and testing. We are pleased to announce. Nathan's spices has expanded. We introduce our 2 new exciting flavours ... Nathan's turning up the heat And Nathan's when in Rome These 2 new seasoning will be avaliable very soon. Be sure to be one of the first to get your hands on these gems. As we know they will be big seller.

07.01.2022 After a hectic week full of activities and business. He is still going. Nathan is always on the go and it really shows. We haven't officially stocked out newest range of seasoning yet and he is working on a few new products already. His eyes are on the prize for this young man.



02.01.2022 Have a guess and what we have been thinking of the last few days????

02.01.2022 *** recipe Thursday**** Roasted Paan Bread Ingredients:... 950g self raising flour 1 tlbs of yeast 1/4 cup butter 1 tbs salt 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups of room temp water 4 tbls Nathan's 11 spice curry powder Method: 1. Mix yeast and sugar with 4 tbsp of water and let it bloom for 10 to 15mins 2. Mix together flour, butter, salt, water, curry powder and yeast mixture into a dough and knead well 3. Rest dough for 1 hours in a slightly warm dry place. Cover with a wet towel 4. Once the dough is double in size knead again then seperate the dough into 200g balls and let it rest for 15mins in a fast oven pan. 5. Knead the 200g balls into small circles and brush with small amount of oil 6. Preheat oven at 200c and bake bread for 20 to 25 mins till golden brown 7. Serve with a curry or coconut sambal paste
