23.01.2022 I've had a few people asking lately why when a house is sold some prices are shown and others are not. This can be a number of reasons, the main 2 reasons are. Sometimes the vendor ask for the sale price to be hidden for privacy , this in my experience this would only be say 5 out of 100 sales. Another reason can be that the agent that has listed the property has not achieved the sale price quoted to get the listing and then doesn't want to show the results. As I said there are reasons but these are the main two. I personally will always show a sold price unless instructed not to do so by the vendor. Hope this helps!
