24.01.2022 One of my top clients Dale kicking ass the last few weeks! Managing to drop 7.5kg in just 4.5 weeks! - No bullshit excuses about this time of year - No keto diet or meal replacement shakes - No special vegan diets... Just sheer hard work and following the plan set out for him to a T. Dale shows up, gets the job done and doesn’t complain and the results speak for themselves. If you’re interested in a life style change I’m currently taking on new client for the New Year

16.01.2022 Don’t have New Years Resolutions. You won’t stick to them. No one does. If you’re serious this year, write out Goals, and a plan of action for each one. ... Resolutions tend to be a different name for dreams or wishful thinking. RESOLUTION: I want to loose weight this year Followed by maybe a few weeks of feigned interest and low action to only be forgotten before the end of February. GOAL: I’m going to loose 10kg by March Followed by a plan of action on how you’re going to do it and actually have the guts to work for it and achieve it. Get help with your goal if it’s something new. Get your partner to keep you accountable. Keep other people accountable.

04.01.2022 ‘Tis the season to be making up bullshit excuses for yourself Christmas should 10000% be about enjoying yourself.. but not destroying yourself. Every year we do the same thing.. take a few days off.. absolutely smash Christmas food.. sit around... drink.. and plan to fix it all next year. DONT. ... Absolutely enjoy yourself but don’t ruin all your hard worth by bullshitting yourself and trying to justify your 8th piece of Christmas cake.. Here’s some tips to enjoy and not destroy yourself this Christmas: 1 Skip the chocolates, nuts, crackers and dip. You’re about to pound bacon and eggs, pancakes, ham, Chicken, Turkey, nans triffle, cheese cake and all the rest of it - trust me, you don’t need the snacks. They’re tiny, won’t fill you up and will only be a massive chunk of the big days calorie count. 2 Drink diet. Oh but Nathan! Diets sooo much worse for you! No... it isn’t.. smashing yourself with 50g of sugar at a time is bad for you. Adding 300 calories to a meal by just drinking is bad for you. 3 Party, by all means party your pants off. Let loose, it’s the end of the year. But again.. limit your damn self. Don’t sit there all day Christmas sinking stubbies in the heat. You’re only going to dehydrate yourself, feel worse and eat worse foods. Have one big night. Not 9. 4 Make a plan of attack for getting back in the gym. Make a step count plan on your new fitness tracker you got for Christmas. Make some sort of goal to get you back in the saddle and commit to it. You’re so much more likely to be back on track if you plan for it. Don’t let the festive season create bad habits for the new year. Start back on the 26th if you can. The sooner the better. 5 Have a Merry Christmas. Enjoy it, eat good food, hit the DF at the Christmas party, smile when you’re eating your dads burnt ham, be polite and eat your aunties salad that no ones touching, act surprise when you get a present you knew you were getting. Merry Christmas. Finish the year strong.
