25.01.2022 I must admit, I hadn’t really focused on Brendale since I started in Real Estate in 2017. This year, 5 owners have asked me to represent their sales here, and with these August results I have now achieved record prices in 2 complexes and the highest price ever for a townhouse (excluding brand new/off-plan), and am on track for Agent Of The Year awards here! Now it’s time to tell the locals
