12.01.2022 One of the best things about being apart of @gentecnutrition besides having the best products on hand is being apart of a team of champions from different aspects of the strength and physique world. Each athlete achieving great success in there perspective sport and not just being great motivators and role models to everyone outside the team but to me also! Of recently times none more than these guys are truly not just motivational but amazing role models! To start off with t...here’s @joelramintas who I have had the pleasure of being onstage with over the years and spending a good amount of time with but recently been privileged to witness first hand in person just how incredible he is in person. The improvements each year he has brought to his physique over the past decade and beyond each year with conditioning and amount of muscle he has on his frame is insane! And that’s talking about a multiple world champion across multiple different federations who keeps getting better! Then there’s @justin.wessels the newly crowned Australian IFBB Pro League champion and Pro who besides how successful he has been onstage over the past 2 decades, I believe unbeaten on Australian soil in those 20 years!? It doesn’t matter who you speak to they all say he is still the most humble and genuine man you’ll ever meet and that is something I think trumps everything and having him as a role model as to how to be not just onstage but offstage as well is something I look up to personally. There’s plenty of others in the team as well who show at least me what can be done and how it should be done like @justin_firgaira who I know could out train just about anyone and is one of the best natural bodybuilders to come out of Australia. There’s @benny_wortley who is the leanest human onstage you’ll ever see! There’s @timmartinpronatural who again has been a natural pro since I started and keeps making improvements each time he gets onstage. There @sue_metty_metcalf who is killing it in both physique and strongwoman over in the USA. There’s @damonhayhow who has been my mentor on so many levels to do with training, nutrition and business. 11.01.2022 #tbt Throwing it back after last weekend watching the @inbaglobal_official Natural Olympia got me reminiscing hard about the last time I was onstage in 2013 when I walked with the title of INBA Natural Mr Olympia which gave me the opportunity to turn pro and stand onstage against 21 pros and some legends of the sport @kiyoshi_moody @mjkeepingittight @mike_waddington the very next day. To my surprise I managed to hold my own and grab 3rd spot. 01.01.2022 Super proud of my guys and the whole @holdyourown_ team today at the @inba_australia Nationals. They all looked amazing and did so well up there and I’m happy I was able to play a small role in there success today. But today the real MVP goes to @sophie_guidolin for looking after our 4 kids all day while I got the guys ready to get onstage. Thanks bub I really appreciate it
